Storyboards
We developed scenarios for personas at this stage to determine key path scenarios we would like to focus on in future design phases. Before going into storyboards, our group was struggling to select our product’s concentration from two choices: social media and remote learning. Ultimately, we decided to use the storyboard making process to help guide our decision in concentration.
Group members individually made storyboards.
After making storyboards, we found that our personas had pain points on both concentrations. Therefore, we decided to integrate both into our product.
